A little digging goes a long way

You run your business.
We’ll read the fine print.

Extra fees. Rate increases. That renewal date you meant to check.
We help you understand what’s on the bill and what you can do about it.

01

Send a few bills.

Start with your last three invoices and your agreement, if you have it. Photos are fine.

02

We take a closer look.

We review the charges, check the contract, and look for practical ways to lower your total cost.

03

You decide what’s next.

Get a clear summary of our findings. Want help acting on them? We’ll explain the options and our fee first.

Here’s what you get

Less head-scratching.
More “oh, I get it.”

Your audit puts the important bits in one place. What you pay, what needs checking, and where there may be room to save.

Fair questions

A few things you
might be wondering.

Do I have to switch waste companies?

Not necessarily. We first look for billing issues and opportunities with your current provider. If an alternative makes sense, we compare the total costs and contract terms before you decide.

What if I’m locked into a contract?

That’s part of the review. We check your actual agreement for price changes, renewal dates, notice requirements, and potential exit costs. Having a contract doesn’t automatically mean there’s nothing to review.

What if you don’t find any savings?

We’ll tell you. Some accounts are already priced well. The initial review is free, and we won’t recommend changes just to give you something to do.

Who is this for?

Ontario businesses that pay a private hauler for ongoing waste or recycling collection, such as restaurants, repair shops, commercial properties, and small groups of locations. Municipal collection is generally outside our focus.

What do you need from me?

Your last three invoices and the service agreement, if you have it. An older invoice can also help us understand changes. We’ll ask for anything else needed after the first review.

Can you guarantee a lower bill?

No. Results depend on your pricing, service, agreement, and provider. We explain what we find and distinguish confirmed errors from possible savings that still need a quote or a provider’s agreement.

Curiosity pays.

Let’s give that bill
a second look.

Start with a few bills. We’ll take it from there.
